Student Event: Dessert Pawty

Centennial College’s Corporate Communications & Public Relations students are hosting a Dessert Pawty in support of the Oasis Animal Rescue and Education Center. Located in Oshawa, the Oasis Animal Rescue is a non-profit organization that services the Durham Region by providing animal rescue services such as foster care, adoption services, support for low-income pet owners, and an animal food bank.

Dessert Pawty will be taking place on December 4 at the Greenwood Discovery Pavilion in Ajax. This event will be featuring sweet treats from some of the best bakeries in the Durham Region, raffle prizes, a silent auction, and guests from DNA My Dog. All proceeds will be donated directly to the organization.

Tickets will be sold at the door for $10, but with limited spaces you can reserve your spot by purchasing a ticket before the event from one of our event organizers. Those that cannot attend the event but would still like to support our cause can make a donation at http://www.gofundme.com/54tzbk
