Home is Where the Art Is

Sketch is a charity that creates opportunities for street involved youth (ages 15-29) to be engaged in the arts in a cross-discipline studio environment or in the community.

Come join Centennial College’s Corporate Communications and Public Relations students for a night of art and music in support of Sketch, to help keep youth off the streets and in the studio, where their heart and creativity belongs.

ARTBEAT LogoThe event will take place at 6:30pm, on December 2, at Whistler’s Grille and The McNeil Room (Broadview Ave. and Mortimer Ave.)  and will include live entertainment, a henna artist, silent auction table, raffle prizes, FREE appetizers throughout the night and MUCH more! On July 27, 2011, Centennial College professor Ted Barris received the Minister of Veterans Affairs Commendation. “The Commendation is awarded annually to individuals who have contributed in an exemplary manner to the care and well-being of Veterans or to the remembrance of the contributions, sacrifices and achievements of Veterans.”
