The Centre for Creative Communications is the home to Centennial’s School of Communications, Media and Design. Affectionately known as the CCC, the centre is a bustling centre of creative energy that offers a broad range of post-graduate, diploma and advanced diploma programs in everything from journalism, book and magazine publishing to digital animation, children’s entertainment, fine arts and of course, corporate communications and public relations.

As part of its commitment to global citizenship, community involvement, and helping students grow into leaders of tomorrow, Centennial College recently participated in the ClimateSpark Social Venture Challenge. This past October, Corporate Communications and Public Relations students dedicated their time to reviewing submissions, writing comments, and creating mock releases for each of ClimateSpark’s social venture projects.
Centennial College Corporate Communications & Public Relations students have joined forces with The National Advertising Benevolent Society (NABS) to provide Toronto communicators the opportunity to network, sample wine and enjoy hors d’oeuvres in support of NABS!
On July 27, 2011, Centennial College professor Ted Barris received the Minister of Veterans Affairs Commendation. “The Commendation is awarded annually to individuals who have contributed in an exemplary manner to the care and well-being of Veterans or to the remembrance of the contributions, sacrifices and achievements of Veterans.”
