Student Event: Put Your Fun Face On
It’s not every day that you get the chance to rewind time. And when you do, here’s how you can make the most of it. Centennial College Corporate Communications and Public Relations students are playing host to ‘Put your fun face on,’ a carnival-themed fundraiser. It will support Making Faces, a charity that teaches kids and youth with facial differences life-sustaining skills to retain their self-esteem and live with confidence.
The fun begins at 6 p.m. on April 7, 2011 at the Fox & Fiddle, 535 Danforth Ave., which is a hop, skipand jump away from Pape subway. But it is just the beginning. We have some great ways to keepyou entertained with our raffles, amazing prizes, finger-licking food, drinks, tarot-reading , games, magic tricks and lots more.
Not only will the event let you support a good cause, it will also transport you back to your childhood and let you have a carefree, fun-tastic time. All proceeds of the sales will go to the great cause of Michael-Williams Stark’s ‘Making Faces’.
You know you want to be there.
